These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of LawYours. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. What LawYours is
LawYours is a legal-tech platform connecting users with advocates. LawYours is not a law firm and does not itself provide legal representation unless explicitly stated.
2. No legal advice
Information on the platform, including AI outputs and workflow guidance, is for informational support only. It is not a substitute for qualified legal advice.
3. Relationship & Fees
Using LawYours does not automatically create an attorney-client relationship. LawYours may charge a platform fee for software services, which is separate from an advocate's independent professional charges.

6. Limited access model
LawYours restricts access so that only the user, the accepted advocate, and authorized admin personnel can view sensitive case data. This is part of the platform design and not a defect.
7. AI Limitations & Error Margin
You understand that AI may make mistakes, misclassify issues, or omit facts. AI output should be treated as a starting point only. Final legal judgment must come from a qualified professional.
8. Document vault
You are responsible for the legality and ownership of any documents you upload. LawYours is not responsible for legal consequences arising from incorrect or unauthorized documents.

We may suspend access if we believe you violated these Terms, misused the platform, or created risk for users, advocates, or the platform.
11. Limitation of liability
LawYours is not liable for losses arising from reliance on AI output, advocate decisions, or service interruptions. We do not guarantee legal outcomes or case success.
